Seminole Park  (click on photo for larger view)

There is a little creek that runs from Lake Seminole to a small lake within the park.  There is always an abundance of wildlife around the creek.

Florida wildlife is abundant and can be found just about anywhere in Florida.  Even in the most populated areas you will find ducks, birds of all kinds, and alligators making themselves at home with us humans.

A photo of the mother sitting on a rock with her two little ones following her wherever she goes. She jumped into the water and off she went with the two little ones right behind her.

Chestnut Park 

Chestnut Park located about 20 miles West of Tampa on Hwy 611 North.  The green algae covers the river all the way through the park. Great hangout for alligators and other Florida wildlife.

Dunedin Causeway

A big Huron along side a small lake inside Chestnut Park.  I always smile when I see them because they always "LOOK" angry about something.

Seminole Park

This little guy ran up onto the creek bed when he saw me coming towards him.  But he stopped and just watched me for a while, after finding me harmless.

I found this photo very unusual as we peaked through the trees at this duck hiding in the brush.

American Alligator

It's not unusual to find alligators on the shoreline at Chestnut Park.  Normally they are sunning themselves and catch a few winks as we pass on by.

This photo was taken at a small little park off the Narrows near Indian Shores, about ten miles West of St. Petersburg.
